Protection of Your Personal Data
Having regard to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data – hereinafter “GDPR” or “Regulation” – related to the personal data you have sent us. We are sending you information about the processing of your personal data in Extrafilms s. r. o. If we are interested to put your data in the database and entering into a contract with you, based on the data you have provided us, we will contact you and arrange a date of signing of the contract. If we do not contact you within 30 days, alternatively during the duration of a project longer than 30 days, we will not further process your personal data and they will be erased. The controller of your personal data is the business company Extrafilms s. r. o., identification number 25440250, registered office in Třebenice, Tyršova 245, postal code 411 13, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem under file no. 18499 (hereinafter “Controller”). Personal Data Controller
As the personal data controller, we process your personal data you have provided us, in particular: Name and Surname, Contact data (telephone number, email, correspondence address), Sent Photographs. The processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract prior to entering into a contract under Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) GDPR.
Purpose of Processing
The purpose of processing your personal data is to evaluate whether a contract will be concluded between you and Controller. There is no automated individual decision-making by the controller within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation. Your personal data will be processed for the period of 30 days of their provision, or for a necessary longer period depending on the duration of the project. If no contract is subsequently concluded between you and Controller, the personal data will be erased.
Access to Personal Data
Under the conditions set out in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data processed by Controller, to request the correction of inaccurate personal data, to request deletion of personal data processed by Controler when they are no longer needed for the purpose provided or are processed unlawfully by Controller, to request a restriction on the processing of your personal data in the cases provided in Article 18 of the GDPR.
Office for Personal Data Protection
If you believe that the processing of your personal data has been violated or is violating the Regulation, you have, among other things, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Provision of Consent
Providing your personal data to Controller for the performance of a contract is voluntary and you are not obliged to provide this personal data. Without the provision of your personal data, it is not possible to conclude a contract or fulfil it by Controller. Extrafilms s. r. o.
